Description
Student must be an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor (or Advanced Certified Pistol Instructor) for certification as an NRA CCW Instructor.
(Prerequisites: Student must be an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor (or Advanced Certified Pistol Instructor) for certification as an NRA CCW Instructor.
This certification is NOT available to Apprentice or Assistant Pistol Instructors.
Law Enforcement Division Handgun Instructor is not an acceptable substitute credential either.
Instructor Credentials from any other organization are also not acceptable substitute credentials
Prior to the CCW Instructor training, candidates must first complete and pass the student level NRA CCW Course, and also have a current BIT course as per NRA Training Policy.)
