


Refund Policy
- Payment is required to hold your seat in any class. I can not guarantee a seat without payment. These payments are not refundable.

Rescheduling
- If you can not attend a class on the date that you have chosen, you may reschedule the course at a later date. This is applicable if you are an individual. If you do not show up for a class without contacting me 48 hours prior to class, your payment will be forfeited. You will never lose your payment if you just communicate with me.
- If you were scheduled as part of a group, and can not attend a class on the date your group has chosen, your organization will need to send an alternative student, or THE ENTIRE GROUP must reschedule the course to a later date. If the group can not do this, then those that can not attend will be considered to have forfeited their seat in the class. No refund will be given.
- I consider a group class to be an agreement on the part of the organization, to provide the agreed upon number of students for this class, as well as a commitment by myself to provide this class. This policy has become necessary due to large groups signing up for classes, and a high percentage of their candidates not showing up. I end up doing the same course over again multiple times to catch stragglers. I will no longer accept responsibility for these stragglers. I urge the management to be sure their employees are going to show up to avoid this problem.

- NOTE: I respond usually within an hour or two, at the most. If you think you have not received an email from me, check your spam filter. The message may have gone there. If you have left voicemail for me, I will respond asap. Remember, I may be teaching a class, so voicemail may not get an instant response.
- Alternatively, you can add my email address to your contacts list when you make the payment. That will insure my emails do not go to your spam directory.
